START, STOP AND HELP MESSAGES

Text messaging

-Customers can opt-in by texting START to 872-272-2323 or by checking the box on our google form when you place an order. We never text anyone who is not already a customer. 

-Customers can text STOP at any time to be unsubscribed.

-Messages may be of a marketing nature but we also respond to any customer service questions on this line, and acknowledge your order,  harvest, and provide delivery information.

General terms and conditions


 By placing an order through our website and submitting the required Google Form, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 Ordering Process

  • Orders must be placed by filling out the Google Form on our website.
  • You must provide accurate and complete contact details to ensure successful delivery.
  • Orders are subject to availability, as crabs are harvested based on seasonal conditions.

 Pricing and Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are final and include free delivery.
  • Payment will only happen after delivery is made.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices based on market conditions, but any changes will be communicated before order confirmation.

 Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is free and arranged by phone once the crabs are ready for dispatch.

Freshness and Quality

  • We guarantee that all crabs are delivered fresh from our harvest.
  • Customers must check the condition of the crabs upon delivery. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Once an order has been confirmed and the delivery process has started, cancellations may not be possible.
  • Due to the perishable nature of crabs, we do not accept returns. 

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the provided delivery information is accurate.
  • Store the crabs properly upon receipt to maintain freshness.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, transportation issues, or supplier shortages.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the crabs ordered.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of our service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
