Exchanges
If an exchange is needed, the fastest way to resolve the issue is to contact us first. Once a solution is determined, you may place a separate order for a replacement item if necessary.
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we determine a refund is appropriate, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing; note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
